Experience Summary
Christopher Monaco is currently the Director of Ideal Tech Services, Inc. (ITS). ITS was established in 2002 and ITS personnel perform groundwater, soil and air monitoring within the State of Florida. Mr. Monaco has over thirty years of experience in mechanical and electrical equipment fabrication, operation, calibration, and inspection. In addition, twenty-five years of experience performing environmental assessment, monitoring, treatment system construction, operation and maintenance. Chris also performs as the Field Operations Leader and Health and Safety Officer while on site. He is responsible for assuring that both internal and external Health and Safety standards are implemented during all phases of projects performed by ITS personnel.

Experience summary
Since 2003 Ms. LeBeau has been instrumental in preparing regulatory documents, scheduling field tasks and managing accounts for Ideal Tech Services (ITS). In addition, Ms. LeBeau has extensive experience in the field performing environmental monitoring related tasks. Since joining ITS, she has successfully completed FDEP sample collection training. Specializing in surface water and groundwater monitoring. Karen has primarily focused on performing professional compliance monitoring of Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Karen has also gained experience in NPDES compliance monitoring, limited assessments, remediation and subsequent monitoring of both petroleum and hazardous material impacted sites. Ms. LeBeau’s background in electrical/mechanical Computer Aided Drafting and Design and construction management has been invaluable in her current position.

John Reichard is semi-retired and has been with Ideal Tech Services, Inc. (ITS) since 2011. Mr. Reichard performs sample and equipment transport (courier) services for many municipal clients. To his credit, Mr. Reichard has driven over 200,000 incident free miles since joining our team. In addition, John has also completed nearly 10,000 individual sample transport tasks. Including, primarily fecal coliform samples without a single hold time issue. You can set your watch by John’s punctuality.
